Can I pay online?
Yes, we accept PayPal as a method of payment. Buyer must be registered with PayPal first before attempting to purchase.
How do I pay by PayPal?
If you haven’t already done so, set up an account with PayPal. This process can take anywhere between 3-5 business days but well worth it because PayPal is increasingly becoming a payment option for e-commerce sites. It is also FREE to the consumer.

What credit cards do you accept?
Please call and speak to our helpful staff to place a credit card order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.
What information is required to place an order?
* The recipient’s name
* Physical address (carriers will not deliver to a P.O. Box)
* The correct zip code
* If the gift is being delivered to a business address, include the company’s name.
* Day time phone number
* The day phone number is very important. This is the number that the shipper will call if they have any question concerning delivery. Helpful hint: If you do not know the recipient’s phone number, enter a number where you can be reached.
What if I want to customize a basket?
We actually encourage you to do so …making it unique. You will need to call us at 877-226-4430 or email us at grovebaskets@gmail.com your ideas and suggestions.
How do I know you received my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation within minutes of placing your order. The confirmation will list the following information:
* Recipient’s name
* Item selected
* Total cost
* Order number
When will my order ship? See shipping policies.
Orders placed before 12 noon EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon EST are shipped the next business day. Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days. We offer numerous shipping options. Reminder: Arrival dates for ground shipments are estimated. If a specific arrival date is required, we suggest Over-night or Second-day service.
What if I want something to be delivered the same day I order it?
If you’d like an order to be delivered the same day it is placed, you must call us at 877-226-4430 by 11am EST on that day in order to see if we can provide same day delivery. Rush delivery charges will apply call for a quote.
Does the retail price include the shipping cost?
No, shipping prices vary according to the product selected and the manufacturer. Shipping options and prices are listed for each product.
What happens if I gave you a wrong address?
If your order has not left our store for local delivery or for shipping, we will be happy to change the address.
If your order is out for local delivery and an attempt has been made to deliver it, the basket will be returned to our store and the basket will be delivered the next business day. There will be an additional $10.00 re-delivery charge.
If your order has been shipped, we must wait until it arrives at the UPS has notified us that it is an incorrect address. We can then contact UPS with the correct address. UPS charges a change of address fee. You will be charged with that fee and an additional delivery charge
Can I send a personal message with my gift baskets?
Yes, remember to include your message in the space provided on the order form. Your baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card.
What if I need to make changes to the order or cancel?
We will make every effort to change your order as long as it has not been delivered or in transit. During peak holiday periods changes may not be possible.
I want to send more than (1) gift to the same address, is there a discount on freight?
Orders must be entered individually; each gift item is packaged and shipped separately. Also, depending on your gift selections, items could be shipped from different locations. Please call for additional options as there are always exceptions to the rule.
I need help with a large order; multiple recipients and multiple locations. Do you provide personalized service?

What are your hours of operation?
Our store hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm, Saturdays 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. EST. Our representatives will be happy to assist you! Our after hours phone number is 973-699-4430. Online ordering is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
How long will the gourmet foods in my gift basket stay fresh?
Most of the product packaged inside is best if consumed within 3 to 6 months. However, other products such as muffins, pound cakes, scones have a shorter shelf life.
