Delivery and Shipping

Grove Baskets offers dependable delivery/shipping at the best rates available. Internet orders have approximately a 4 – 6 hour delay from the time the order is placed to our receipt. If there are time or date requirements please call us at 1-877-226-4430 or email us at info@grovebaskets.com Orders are processed as soon as they are received. Most items ship directly from our New Jersey Location however, some items may come directly from the orchard, farm or another warehouse. This can effect time in transit.

Next day hand delivery is $10.00 to the following local areas. We deliver Monday through Friday. Please call 877-226-4430 if a Saturday or Sunday delivery is required.

Same day hand delivery is available to most of New Jersey. Rush courier delivery rates will apply. Please call us at 877-226-4430 for pricing

Next day shipping is available to New Jersey towns not listed above. It is available for the remainder of NJ, most of NY, DE, CT, MA, MD, Eastern PA, RI, and VT.

We ship to every state via UPS or FEDEX

Use the UPS U.S. Ground map from our location in New Jersey enter zip code 07006 to calculate delivery date. Some of our items are shipped directly from manufacturers across the United States Second Day, 3 day Air and overnight deliveries are available at higher rates. Please call 877-226-4430 for pricing

All orders must be complete with the correct address including suite number and apartment number, city, state and zip code. Local Deliveries to a wrong address will incur a second delivery charge. UPS will charge $5.00 and an additional delivery charge for incorrect addresses.

Grove Baskets will not be held responsible for a gift being delivered late when a bad address is supplied. We will ship to the address supplied on the order and if applicable we will charge an additional shipping/delivery fee for re-delivery once the correct address is supplied.

Please be advised, that due to various regulations, certain shipping requirements apply to all shipments containing alchoholic beverages:

We can not ship to a Post Office Box. APO Box will not be considered a valid shipping address.
We can not ship wine to the following states at this time: Alaska, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland,
Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, Utah, and Virginia.
Customers who wish to shop our site from these states may order non-alcholic products.
All Gift Baskets containing hard liquors can be delivered within certain delivery zones only – call for more
information

Signature:
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine.  All packages sent out by Elite Wines and Liquors REQUIRE a signature upon delivery.  It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service.  Customer comments on their order such as “Please leave on Porch” or “Please leave at front door” will be ignored.  If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to Elite Wines and Liquors.  The customer will e required to incur the cost of shipping and handling, regardless of the customer deciding to cancel the order.  If you will be absent during delivery times, you can request “Hold at Location” service at no additional cost to you.  You will be required to pick-up shipment at FedEx center closest to you.
